Project Coordination and Management
This component is supporting project coordination and management at both the national and county levels through two subcomponents .
Project Coordination
The sub-component is supporting:
- operations of the National Project Coordination Unit as well as the County Coordination Units including salaries of contract staff and O&M costs.
- Project oversight and decision making bodies such as the National Project steering committee, National Technical Advisory Committee, County Project Steering Committee
Monitoring and Evaluation and Impact Evaluation
Supports routine M&E functions with a web-based M&E system to collect information at national, county and community levels.
The component also supports Financial Management and Procurement, Human Resource Management, Gender and Social Inclusion, Nutrition, Environmental and Social Safeguard Compliance, Management Information System , ICT, and Communication Strategy and Citizen Engagement.
